The buyer signs in with a code by email, no password, and finds the course, the download and the subscription in their hub at bsellerhub.com. Bought from another BSeller store? Same place. Refund within the window without asking anyone.
Questions
What people ask before opening the store.
Do I need a website?
No. The store is born at yourbrand.bsellerhub.com on day one. A Basely site becomes the nice storefront on top whenever you want.
How and when do I get the money?
Through Paylor, into your account. The BSeller fee comes out per sale; the rest is yours. The payout timing is Paylor's.
Can I charge in Brazilian reais?
One currency per store, chosen at creation. Reais and Pix arrive with Paylor; until then a Brazilian store sells in dollars.
What if I stop paying the plan?
A failing card does not close the store: it keeps selling for 15 days, then the plan comes out of the payout. It only pauses with no card and no sale for 60 days, and what buyers paid for stays with them.
Can the buyer get a refund alone?
Within the window you set per product (none, 7 or 30 days), yes, automatically, unless they already consumed more than 20%. Then the request goes to you.
How many people can work on the store?
Only you on Start, 3 collaborators on Growth, 10 on Scale. Whoever builds the store for you joins as a collaborator with an end date.
